The service is a service designed to care patients with HIV and HEPATITE.  After consultation, investigation done by care providers and gaining treatment patients can return to their home, taking drugs and implementing guidance given by care providers.

The service is designed to care patients with HIV and HEPATITE.  After consultation, investigation done by care providers and gaining treatment patients can return to their home, taking drugs and implementing guidance given by care providers.


Typical work activities include:

  • Reception, admission, orientation and patient Enrolment of patient;
  • Patient Education session on behaviour change regarding HIV prevention, patient right and responsibilities;
  • Re-evaluation and Follow-up of Patients with HIV;
  • Clinical and psycho-social follow-up;
  • Biological and Immunological follow-up,
  • History, physical, psychosomatic exam;
  • Counselling related to FP (Family Planning) & infection & HIV through appointment given by care providers;
  • Drugs distribution ;
  • Transfer to IPD (In Patient Department) if necessary;
  • Transfer to referral hospitals for more investigation;
  • Provide Prophylaxis;
  • Provide ARTs;
  • Take teenagers living with the VIH in charge Counselling in youth corner;
  • Take some discordant couples in charge.
  • Home visit care.
  • Case based surveillance;
